General Information

Abstracts of scientific presentations (both basic and clinical research) as well as clinical presentations (case series, innovative surgical or therapeutic approaches, …) may be submitted for consideration between Mon, September 22, 2014 and Fri, November 28, 2014.

A list of topics abstracts may be submitted to as well as more detailed format requirements will be published in summer 2014.

Submission of an abstract constitutes a commitment by the presenting author to register to the Conference.
Abstracts of presenting authors who are not registered to the Conference won’t be considered!

Authors are allowed to present one abstract only.
During the submission process, authors may indicate their preferred presentation type (Oral Clinical, Oral Research, Perio e-Posters or Implant Dentistry e-Posters). The final decision in regards to the presentation type, however, will be taken by the International Abstract Committee.

As an innovation for 2015 all poster presentations will be presented on electronic poster displays only.

Abstracts will be approved according to their scientific/clinical merit and should be based on previously unpublished data. Abstracts may be submitted in English only.

Abstract acceptance and programme scheduling will be communicated to the submitting author’s e-mail address.

Please make sure that special characters and symbols are inserted correctly through the toolbar provided.

Authors will be able to draft the abstracts online and may return to the site to edit the texts of the abstracts if necessary. Authors are free to finalize their texts and submit their abstracts at any time before Friday, November 28, 2014, 12:00 CET+1. No changes can be made after this deadline.

Notification of acceptance and information regarding presentations will be forwarded to the authors immediately after the reviewing process by e-mail until February 17th, 2015 the latest.
