EuroPerio9 increases exhibition space because of high demand – a few places still left
Exhibition at EuroPerio8
The organisers of EuroPerio9 have announced that they have contracted an additional exhibition hall at the RAI Amsterdam congress venue to cope with the “tremendous demand” from exhibitors.
The original capacity was sold out in December last year, but the organising committee then opened a waiting list and sought additional capacity. The exhibition will be a key part of EuroPerio9, which takes place from June 20 to June 23.
The new capacity will mean a total exhibition space of almost 4,000m2. This represents a 25% increase on the size of the exhibition at EuroPerio8 in London in 2015.
So far, there are an additional 16 exhibitors in the pipeline to use the extra space. They join the previously confirmed 105 exhibitors, which include the 25 EuroPerio9 sponsors (eight “diamond”, five “platinum”, and 13 “gold” sponsors). There were 21 sponsors at Europerio8 and 20 at EuroPerio7 (Vienna, 2012).
Mondial Congress and Events, the EFP’s professional conference organiser, said that there was still a limited amount of space still available and advised any company interested “to be quick and use your last chance to become an exhibitor at EuroPerio9.”
Michèle Reners, chair of the EuroPerio9 organising committee, said: “To be present at EuroPerio is a unique opportunity for the industry to meet dental teams from all over the world in one place. We will be pleased to welcome new exhibitors – so join us for this exceptional event.”
