What is the current COVID-19 Update?

With EuroPerio10 due to take place in June 2021, the EFP and EuroPerio10 Organizing team is moving forward with preparations for the congress to take place as planned.

It is undeniable that for the moment the COVID-19 pandemic has challenged the model of face-to-face education and congresses. Authorities in most countries have imposed travel restrictions and physical distancing measures. We are one year ahead of EuroPerio10 and therefore will continue to monitor the situations worldwide and will learn from case studies of large congresses and fairs which start to take place again.

We are in permanent discussions with all parties involved. In case of need, decisions will be taken as responsibly and timely as possible.

What is the Conference Language?

EuroPerio10 will be held entirely in English. Simultaneous translations in selected lecture halls may be offered following requests received by EFP National Societies.

How will I obtain my badge?

You will receive a personalised badge when collecting your registration documents. During the congress, this badge must be worn clearly visible at all times and grants access to the scientific sessions, commercial exhibition and official networking events. Admission to the congress will not be allowed without badge identification.

In which currency do I have to pay for my registration?

Payment of congress-related matters such as registration fees, tickets for networking programme will be handled in Euro (EUR) only.

Should I take out insurance for my attendance?

The congress organisers will not assume any responsibility for accidents, losses or damages, as well as for delays or modifications in the programme, caused by unforeseen circumstances. No claims for indemnification from the organisers shall arise for contractors or participants in case of cancellation, for any reason, of the entire congress. It is recommended to arrange a cancellation insurance for congress costs (i.e. registration fee, travel or accommodation costs).

Do I need a visa to attend the congress?

Please check passport and visa requirements in due time before your departure. Visa information can be obtained from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
