Recorded sessions will be available on-demand for three months after the conference.

My employee/institution requires an overview of the COVID-19 prevention measures.

Please find an overview of the currently planned COVID-19 prevention measures for EuroPerio10 here:

  • Delegates are encouraged to attend the congress fully vaccinated and having undertaken a PCR test recently
  • Delegates are encouraged to wear masks in all congress areas where a safety distance cannot be adhered to
  • The session rooms will not be setup to full capacity to give delegates more individual space, where possible.
  • Exhibition spaces feature wider aisles than usual to allow for less crowded visitor flow
  • Information posts and signs will be placed around the venue reminding delegates to keep their distance from each other and regularly wash their hands/use disinfectant
  • Hand sanitizers will be placed at strategic positions around the venue and regularly refilled
  • The Bella Center has recently carried out renovations with a modern ventilation system equipped to filter the air quickly

The organizer is closely following the COVID-19 situation in Copenhagen. Additional (mandatory) measures may by imposed in case the overall situation changes.
In all decisions on this matter the organizer will be guided by the local legislative directive and local experts. Delegates will be informed immediately if there are any additional restrictions implemented.

Are the any access restrictions at EuroPerio10? Which COVID-19 prevention measures are planned?

As of now, we are not planning on checking the vaccination or PCR test status of EuroPerio10 delegates, but we highly recommend all delegates to ensure their own and other delegates safety by following the WHO recommendations regarding the matter.
