EuroPerio12 sponsorship application

New application procedure for EuroPerio12 conducted in 2 phases:

• APPLICATION FOR SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES -> Diamond, Platinum and Gold packages
  Booking period: 16 June 2026 until 28 July 2026 
  Companies wishing to benefit from priority booking rights are encouraged to secure their sponsorship package during this period, book additional exhibition space, and select sponsorship items. Upon review of the application, a sponsorship agreement will be issued. Booth allocation for sponsors will start in August 2026. 
   
• APPLICATION FOR EXHIBITORS (without a sponsorship package)
  Starting on 26 January 2027 at the earliest (after sponsor booth allocation) 
  Exhibitors can select their preferred booth location directly when purchasing their booth via the interactive online floor plan on a first-come, first-served basis. Any remaining sponsorship items will also be available during the online application.
