The photographs contained in the EFP website (www.efp.org) have been granted by its authors in accordance with the Directive (EU) 2019/790 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on copyright and related rights in the Digital Single Market and taking into account the consent  and rights of the persons appearing in them.

In accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the GDPR), we inform the authors and the persons mentioned in Credits the following:
Your personal data will be processed by the European Federation of Periodontology (EFP) as Data Controller with the purpose of mentioning you and give you credit as the author of the photographs in Credits and other EFP publications in accordance with the cession performed.

The data will be published but will not be sent to any recipient. The data will be stored in servers located in the European Economic Area (EEA)  until the purpose of the processing ceases.
As data subject, you have the right to request from the EFP access to and rectification or erasure of the personal data or restriction of processing concerning you or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability, all in accordance with the GDPR and its limits to data subject rights. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
