Welcome Reception in the exhibition halls starts at 18:30, directly after the Opening Ceremony. Exhibition closes at 20:00. The reception will feature drinks around the exhibition halls as well as served finger food.

Starting from 7 pm (Welcome Drink: 7:00 pm, Dinner: 7:30 pm)
by ticket only and at own expense
Price: EUR 150,00 per person
Dresscode: fun formal (fancy and funny summer outfits with formal attire are very welcome)

Join the networking highlight of EuroPerio10 in the beautiful Langelinie Pavillonen, located directly at the canal and neighbour to the Little Mermaid. The location presents itself with classic Danish architecture and design and the unrivalled views enjoyed from Langelinie Pavillonen is the perfect setting for a gala dinner to round up your congress experience

The location is accessible either via a 30min ride by taxi, or by 40 min via public transportation (M1 to Kongens Nytorv -M3 or M4 to Marmorkirken)

Tickets are strictly limited. Remaining tickets may be purchased on a first come, first served basis at the Registration Service or Payments counter in the registration area.
