Guidelines Oral/Research Session

Oral/Research Session Guidelines

You are asked to hand in your presentation at the Speakers Preview Center at the congress venue.
Each abstract should be presented for 8 minutes allowing additional 4 minutes discussion time.

Guidelines Oral Video Session

Oral Video Sessions Guidelines

You are asked to hand in your presentation at the Speakers Preview Center at the congress venue.
Each abstract should be presented for 10 minutes allowing additional 5 minutes discussion time.
Abstract presenters are asked that they fulfil the video presentation criterion. At least 70-80% of their presentation should be based on clinical videos.

Poster Discussion Guidelines

Poster discussions will take place in the Poster Lounge of EuroPerio11. The Poster Lounge is in the Mall of the Conference Venue.
You will receive a submission email with detailed instructions how to upload your E-Poster on April 1st.
Each abstract should be presented for 4 minutes allowing additional 4 minutes discussion time.

E-Poster only

Concerns publication numbers: PR001-PR564 & PC001-PC551

Please note that you have no specific slot to present but your E-Poster can be accessed at any time at the E-Poster terminals. If delegates, ask you a question about your E-Poster (in-person or via the E-Poster terminals) you can arrange meetings with them there and discuss your findings.
It gives you maximum flexibility.
