Exhibition and Sponsorship Application

Exhibition Package

Early bird fee by Thursday, 23 May 2024:	€ 510 per sqm
Regular fee from Friday, 24 May 2024:	€ 720 per sqm

All prices are net. Local taxes will be added if applicable.

Minimum booking of 9sqm
Exhibition space size available: 9, 12, 18, 24, 27, 36, 48.

The exhibition package fee includes:

Exhibition floor space (floor space only)
Two exhibitor badges per 9m² rented exhibition space (no access to scientific sessions)
One full congress registration per booking
Acknowledgements on the EuroPerio11 website, pocket programme & congress app
Cleaning of public areas and gangways

The exhibition package fee does NOT include:

Partition walls, carpet, facia board, furniture
Electrical usage
Stand cleaning
Anything that is not expressly listed under “The exhibition package fee includes”. All these services/products and more can be ordered at extra cost, more information will be available in the exhibitor manual.

Booth allocation

Space allocation procedure for exhibitors will start in Autumn 2024 and will be done according to the following criteria: total contribution, booth size, date of application and payment of first deposit.
