For an optimum learning experience, participation will be limited. Registrations will be handled on a first come, first served basis.

If you register on-site instead of pre-registering, please make sure to bring your passport with you to the registration desk.

Registration Fees are collected in EURO only.
To be eligible for the EFP Members Fee you need to be member of one of the affiliated societies of the EFP; or delegates from low- and lower-middle income economies according to World Bank** (eligible countries are taken into account during the online registration process). Please note that the reduction for low- and lower-middle income economies registration only apply upon request.

Delegate registration fee includes

• Access to the scientific sessions

• AI voice translation (Spanish and Portuguese) via app on own device

• Congress material

• Lunch (Friday and Saturday)

• Coffee breaks during the conference
   

In the event of cancellations by speakers or other changes in the main conference programme, no full or partial refund of the registration fee will apply.

Group registration

The group discount is available until January 29, 2027 for groups of more than 10 delegates. Group registration means that you will receive one collective invoice, and the payment for the entire group is handled by the designated group coordinator.
