Exciting times ahead as the EFP launches its search for the next EuroPerio11 social media reporter! This unique competition combines creativity, storytelling, and a passion for capturing unforgettable moments—all while becoming a vital part of the EuroPerio11 social media team.

How the competition works

To enter, participants must follow the EFP Instagram account (@perioeurope) and submit a short video explaining why they should be the next EuroPerio11 Social Media Reporter. The competition is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students as well as EFP Alumni, creating a vibrant and diverse pool of candidates.

Once submitted, the videos will be posted on Instagram, where the journey to the title begins. From these entries, ten finalists will be chosen to face a series of exciting challenges in early 2025. Each challenge will test their creativity, engagement skills, and ability to capture the essence of EuroPerio in their own unique way. The final winner will be decided through a public voting process, with Instagram “likes” determining the favourite.

The prizes

Beyond the title, there are some fantastic rewards at stake. All finalists will receive an exclusive EuroPerio11 congress bag, while the top three finalists will also earn free registration to attend the congress ¹. The ultimate winner will enjoy even more: accommodation expenses for EuroPerio11 in Vienna (meals and flights excluded), free registration for EuroPerio12, and the thrill of being part of one of the most celebrated dental congresses in the world.

But it’s not just about the prizes—it’s about the experience. As the EuroPerio11 social media reporter, you’ll interview participants, document key moments, and share behind-the-scenes highlights with an engaged global audience.
