The EFP International Perio Master Clinic is the premier forum for the promotion of clinical excellence in emerging and important clinical challenges in our specialty.

Education

The EFP's work in education includes a set of curricular guidelines for undergraduate dental education, a three-year accredited programme for postgraduate education in periodontology, and some continuing education tools for reference and consultation of dental professionals all along their careers. Besides, this area is the home of the 'EFP Alumni' section.

Dr. Tali Chackartchi is the president-elect of the EFP, a specialist in Periodontology and an EFP-certified periodontist. She completed her postgraduate training in Periodontology at the Hebrew University, Hadassah School of Dental Medicine, Jerusalem, Israel, and holds a PhD from the University of Szeged, Hungary, on periodontal regeneration. She served as a senior clinician and educator at the Hebrew University, Hadassah School of Dental Medicine, contributing to undergraduate and postgraduate education. She currently serves as a staff member in the Periodontology and Dental Implants Unit at Sheba Medical Center, Tel Hashomer, Israel.

Dr. Chackartchi is the past president of the Israeli Society of Periodontology and Osseointegration and chaired the Ambassadors Committee at EuroPerio10, Copenhagen 2022.

She lectures internationally on advanced technologies and digital implant dentistry, periodontal regeneration, and the perio-ortho interface, and maintains a private practice limited to periodontology and implant dentistry in Tel Aviv, Israel.
