CONELOG® implant placement in the anterior maxilla: need of hard and soft tissue reconstruction

Abstract
In this workshop, we will review the specific anatomical and structural characteristics of the anterior maxilla that can replace teeth with CONELOG® PROGRESSIVE-LINE dental implant system, successfully and aesthetically.
Thereafter, we shall review the results obtained by the immediate implant placement, either manually or guided, and the need of hard and soft tissue reconstruction. I will be presenting videos of the step-by-step surgical procedure, with special emphasis on the guided surgical approach.
We will focus on the importance of soft tissue management and the different techniques to thicken the soft tissues, either with autologous or soft tissue substitutes.
With that, different biomaterials will be used during the hands-on workshop, to learn the handling characteristics and the surgical techniques used.

Learning objectives:

• Understand the anatomical and structural characteristics of the anterior maxilla
• Manage the different surgical approaches (manual/guided) for the immediate placement of CONELOG® PROGRESSIVE-LINE Implants in the anterior maxilla
• Manage the different surgical approaches for hard and soft tissue augmentation
